EcoFlow, a global leader in portable power and renewable energy solutions, has officially launched operations in Nigeria, marking a significant step in addressing the nation’s persistent electricity challenges.
The launch event, held in Lagos, brought together industry stakeholders, energy experts, and consumers eager to explore innovative alternatives to Nigeria’s unreliable power supply.
Speaking at the event, the Business Development Manager of EcoFlow Nigeria, Mr. Isaiah Umoh, highlighted the company’s strategic expansion, emphasizing its commitment to supporting Nigeria’s transition towards a carbon-neutral economy with sustainable and reliable energy solutions.
“Nigeria faces a critical energy crisis, with over half of the population experiencing erratic grid connectivity and frequent blackouts lasting between 160 and 180 days annually. This impacts businesses, homes, and overall economic productivity,” Umoh stated. “Our mission is to provide cutting-edge, eco-friendly energy solutions that empower Nigerians while fostering economic growth.”

The event featured hands-on demonstrations of EcoFlow’s latest innovations, including the RIVER 3 Max Plus, RIVER 2 Pro, DELTA 2, and DELTA 2 Max—all designed to deliver reliable, eco-friendly energy and bridge Nigeria’s power supply gaps.
The Managing Director of TD Africa, Chioma Chimere, also spoke at the launch, underscoring the importance of shifting towards renewable energy.
