As part of a royal gesture, each pilgrim received a special gift from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, marking the end of their sacred journey with appreciation and goodwill.
The distribution of the royal gift underscores Saudi Arabia’s continued commitment to serving all pilgrims regardless of nationality, in line with its responsibility as host of the two holiest sites in Islam. Iranian Hujjaj expressed gratitude for the warm treatment they received and commended the level of organization, security, and care that facilitated a smooth pilgrimage experience.
The Arar border, a key crossing point between Saudi Arabia and Iraq often used by pilgrims from Iran and neighbouring countries, operated with heightened coordination and efficiency. Officials ensured that the pilgrims’ exit process was seamless, reflecting the Kingdom’s broader efforts to uphold the sanctity and dignity of the Hajj for all Muslims.
