The Saudi Arabian authorities have honoured 420,000 workers who contributed to the success of the 2025 Hajj operations with certificates of appreciation, recognizing their dedication and service during the annual pilgrimage.
The workers, drawn from various sectors, including healthcare, security, logistics, sanitation, and hospitality, played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient coordination of Hajj activities for millions of pilgrims.
According to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the gesture is part of the government’s commitment to acknowledging the efforts of those behind the scenes whose selfless service upheld the Kingdom’s reputation as the spiritual and administrative custodian of Islam’s holiest sites.
The certificates were presented during a special appreciation ceremony attended by high-ranking officials and religious leaders.
