A dispatch rider has been arrested in Lagos for allegedly stealing medical equipment valued at over ₦34 million. The suspect, whose identity has not been disclosed, was apprehended by the Nigeria Police Force following an investigation into the disappearance of the equipment from a medical supplies company.
According to police reports, the suspect was entrusted with the delivery of high-value medical devices to various clients across the city. However, it was discovered that the equipment never reached its intended destinations, prompting the company to alert law enforcement authorities.
