The Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society of Nigeria (NASFAT), Lagos Zone 1, on Sunday held the second edition of its Special Joint Asalatu at the Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH), Ikorodu, with members and faithful in attendance from across the zone.
The program opened with a soul-lifting Asalatu rendition by Imam Sharafdeen Uthman, who led the congregation in praises and devotional prayers.

One of the highlights of the gathering was the launch of the NASFAT History Book, a documentation of the society’s remarkable journey and achievements. The launch, combined with a fundraising session, was conducted by Imam Abubakr Abdus-Salam Al-Badawy, who encouraged members to support the continued growth and development of the society.

In his lecture, Fadilat Sheikh Jamiu Ajadi Sanusi, popularly known as Ami Olohun, reminded the congregation that true wealth is not measured by material possessions. “Being rich doesn’t mean you have everything, but if you are religious and faithful to Allah and steadfast in Islam, you are the wealthiest in the presence of Allah,” he stated. He concluded his lecture with a heartfelt prayer for the congregation.

The event ended with a special prayer session led by Imam Barrister Uthman Jaji Muhammad, the Zonal Missioner, who prayed for peace, prosperity, and divine guidance for members, the Muslim community, and the nation at large.

The Special Joint Asalatu once again reaffirmed NASFAT’s dedication to spiritual growth, unity, and service to humanity.
