NASFAT Mourns The Passing Of Shariah Council Leader, Sheikh Hadiyatullahi

The Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT) joins the Muslim Ummah and the entire nation in mourning the passing of a distinguished Islamic scholar and revered leader, Sheikh Hadiyatullahi, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Shariah in Nigeria (SCSN). His transition marks the loss of a towering figure in the propagation of Islamic values, scholarship, and justice.

Sheikh Hadiyatullahi was a beacon of guidance, knowledge, and moral authority whose decades of selfless service to Islam impacted countless lives. His unwavering commitment to truth, justice, and the application of Shariah principles earned him the respect of scholars, leaders, and the general public alike. He was a symbol of moderation and wisdom in religious discourse.

NASFAT’s President, Alhaji Ayodeji AbdulWahid AbdulRauf, expressed deep sorrow over the loss, describing Sheikh Hadiyatullahi as “a scholar of rare depth and humility, who stood as a moral compass for the Muslim Ummah and beyond.” He extended condolences to the family, the SCSN, and the wider Muslim community.

Chief Missioner of NASFAT, Imam Maroofdeen AbdulAzeez Onike, prayed for the repose of Sheikh Hadiyatullahi’s soul and strength for those he left behind. He emphasized the need to uphold the values the Sheikh championed throughout his lifetime.

NASFAT prays that Allah (SWT) grants him Al-Jannah Firdaus and blesses the legacy he left behind. His memory and contributions will remain etched in the hearts of many across generations.
