Nasfat ogun zone 2 women conference was declared opened on Saturday 02/08/2025 by the National women affairs secretary Alhaja Ganiyat Omowunmi Balalola at the Equity resort hotel ijebu ode ogun state .
While declaring the conference open,Alhaja Babalola commended the delegates for trooping out in numbers to participate in the conference, urging them to transform the human capacity to financial capacity in order to generate funds for the actualization of their outlined programs.
The national women leader also encouraged the women to integrate the young nasfat sisters into the women’s wing to nurture them for their succession plan so that all their activities becomes part of the sisters.reiterating that drawing the sisters closer through continuous grooming is a giant stride for the propagation of Islam through nasfat.
The chief imam of ijebu ode sheikh Miftaudeen Gbadegesin Ayanbadejo who was represented by the Eketa Adini of ijebu Land Alhaji Abdul Wahab Oleolo , said the chief Imam identifies with nasfat in ijebu land since her establishment in ijebu land.
The cleric advised Muslim women to always give their husbands all necessary honor for their children to be honored.
The chairman of the occasion Alh Engineer Otunba Abdul Fatai Arowolo encourage the delegates to believe in the efficacy of prayer, he also promised to continue supporting the women anytime they call on him for their program.
Other dignitaries at the opening ceremony included Alhaja Mujidat Opeyemi Salako women affairs emeritus ,Alhaji Lukman Oloko a former chairman of nasfat ijebu ode , former branch women affairs secretaries and other prominent personalities within and out side ijebu land.
