Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – August 9, 2025
Nearly SR1.8 million has been raised in honour of the late Mohammed Al-Qasim to construct the Mohammed Al-Qasim Mosque and supply clean water to families in need. The fundraising effort, driven by community contributions and charitable pledges, aims to immortalize Al-Qasim’s legacy of service and compassion.
Organizers of the initiative said the mosque project will serve as both a spiritual and communal hub, while the water supply programme will target underserved households facing acute shortages. Donations have poured in from across the Kingdom and abroad, reflecting widespread admiration for Al-Qasim’s philanthropic values.
Work on the mosque’s construction and water distribution systems is expected to commence soon, with the organizers promising transparency and timely completion to honour the memory of the late humanitarian.
