FCTA Demolishes Maitama’s Boulevard Park Over Master Plan Violation
Abuja, September 3, 2025 – The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) on Wednesday carried out the demolition of Boulevard Park in Maitama, citing violations of the Abuja master plan. Officials explained that the property was erected without proper approvals and had encroached on designated green areas. The FCTA Department of Development Control said the action
