Canada Returnee Arrested in Lagos for Assaulting Environmental Official Over Highway Crossing
A 52-year-old Canada returnee, Morufudeen Idowu, has been arrested in Lagos for allegedly assaulting an official of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (LAGESC), popularly known as KAI, after he was cautioned against illegally crossing a major expressway. The incident occurred when the LAGESC official attempted to enforce state regulations discouraging pedestrians from endangering their
