Aubameyang Eyes Exit as Talks Begin Over Saudi Contract Termination

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is reportedly in talks to terminate his contract with Saudi club Al Qadsiah just one year after joining from Marseille.

The former Arsenal and Barcelona striker signed a two-year deal with the Saudi Pro League side last summer and made a strong impact, scoring 21 goals in 36 appearances last season.

Despite his solid performance, both parties are now said to be considering a mutual termination of the contract.

Sources say interest in the 35-year-old has already emerged from clubs in France, Italy, England and Turkey, with many tracking his situation closely.

Aubameyang had previously impressed at Marseille, where he netted 30 goals and registered 11 assists in 51 appearances before his move to Saudi Arabia.

As discussions continue, a return to European football could be on the cards for the Gabon international, with multiple teams ready to swoop if the termination is finalised.
