August 3, 2025 — The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCIFB) has announced an extension of the deadline for its ongoing paramilitary recruitment exercise, granting applicants an additional one week to complete their applications.
In an official statement signed by the Secretary to the Board, Maj. Gen. (Rtd) A. M. Jibril, the Board disclosed that the recruitment portal, originally scheduled to close on Monday, August 4, 2025, will now remain open until Monday, August 11, 2025.
The extension is aimed at providing more opportunities for interested candidates seeking enlistment into any of the paramilitary services under the Board’s purview. The CDCIFB reaffirmed its commitment to a fair, transparent, and cost-free recruitment process.
Applicants are reminded to submit their applications exclusively through the official recruitment portal: https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng. Any other platform should be disregarded.
The Board emphasized that it remains dedicated to conducting a credible recruitment exercise in line with best practices and urged the public to stay informed through verified channels.
