Mrs. Edesili Okpebholo Anani, Coordinator of the Office of the First Lady, has commended the Girls’ Innovative Waste Management Project, which recently received recognition at the Global Sustainable Technology Challenge (GSTC). Speaking at an event to celebrate the achievement, Mrs. Anani highlighted the significance of empowering young girls to lead in sustainable solutions for environmental challenges.
She described the project as a “remarkable example of creativity and commitment” that aligns with the Federal Government’s agenda to promote environmental sustainability and youth involvement in technology and innovation.
