Hajj Mabrur Kicks Off Medical Screening for Pilgrims, Reveals Comprehensive Plan for Hajj 2025

Nigeria’s foremost Hajj and Umrah operator, Hajj Mabrur Ventures Limited (HMVL), will commence the medical screening for its intending pilgrims on Friday, May 2, 2025, in preparation for the upcoming Hajj. The screening will take place at the company’s Lagos office located at 9A, Wing 1, Abiodun Fasakin Crescent, behind the old LASU building, Idiroko bus stop, Anthony Village.

Alhaji AbdulHameed Solate, the CEO and Managing Director of Hajj Mabrur, disclosed that the first batch of pilgrims will begin the medical assessments at 9:00 AM, with the screening set to continue on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the same time and venue.

Alhaji Solate confirmed that fewer than 270 intending pilgrims will be part of Hajj Mabrur’s group for the spiritual journey in 2025. As part of their preparations, the company has organized a special Hajj seminar for pilgrims residing in Lagos. The seminar is scheduled for Sunday, May 4, 2025, at the Islamic Center Hall, University of Lagos Mosque, Akoka. The seminar will conclude with a grand finale on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at the same venue.

In addition to the Lagos seminar, a similar event will take place in Abuja on Saturday, May 10, 2025, to ensure that pilgrims across Nigeria are spiritually and physically ready for the pilgrimage.

Alhaji Solate also unveiled Hajj Mabrur’s well-structured plan for a spiritually enriching and hassle-free Hajj experience for Nigerian pilgrims in 2025. He highlighted the progress made in preparations, revealing that the visa issuance process for the company’s pilgrims is near completion. “The preparation is ongoing, and we are now at the final stages of concluding the visa issuance for our pilgrims. It will be completed very soon,” he stated.

The CEO further reassured intending pilgrims that flight arrangements for the Hajj have already been finalized. “We have perfected the issue of flight bookings. Once our visas are issued, we will secure tickets for the pilgrims immediately,” Alhaji Solate confirmed.

Emphasizing the company’s commitment to both spiritual fulfillment and high-quality hospitality services, Alhaji Solate reiterated Hajj Mabrur’s dedication to offering a top-tier experience. “For us at Hajj Mabrur, we focus on quality services, and our slogan says it all: ‘Simply Hospitality, Truly Spirituality.’ When you travel with us, you will experience the highest level of both hospitality and spirituality.”

Hajj Mabrur is also partnering with Al-Hujaaj International Hajj and Umrah Service as the lead company for the 2025 Hajj. This collaboration aims to enhance the overall pilgrimage experience for all participants.

The company has embraced digital innovations to improve communication and coordination. “We have many exciting plans for our pilgrims. Our operations will be fully digitalized, ensuring seamless coordination and easy access to information whenever it’s needed,” Alhaji Solate said.

Additionally, Hajj Mabrur has opted to use scheduled flights for the 2025 pilgrimage, in contrast to chartered flights, to ensure a higher level of comfort and predictability for their clientele. “Given the standards we set for our company and the caliber of pilgrims we serve, regular scheduled flights are the best choice. While chartered flights may offer a quicker journey, scheduled flights provide better service quality and more predictable travel schedules,” he explained.

As Hajj Mabrur continues to make strides in preparing for the 2025 pilgrimage, the company remains committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and spiritually rewarding experience for its pilgrims.
