In a strongly worded response to recent remarks from the President of the United States, Iranian leadership has rejected what it describes as “absurd rhetoric” aimed at intimidating the Iranian people into submission. The U.S. President had issued warnings and demands perceived by Tehran as an attempt to pressure Iran into political and strategic concessions.
However, Iran has swiftly dismissed these statements as baseless and provocative. According to Iranian officials, such threats may influence nations that are accustomed to backing down under external pressure, but they emphasized that the Iranian nation remains unshaken and resolute in the face of intimidation. Echoing sentiments of national pride and resistance, they stressed that Iran’s sovereignty and dignity are not up for negotiation, warning that Washington’s aggressive tone only deepens mistrust and escalates tensions.
