Iran Urges Evacuation of Israel, Warns Territory Will Soon Be “Uninhabitable”

Middle East

In a dramatic escalation of hostilities, Iran’s Armed Forces on Sunday issued a stark warning to all residents within Israeli territory, urging them to evacuate immediately as military strikes intensify across the region.

The message, reported by Iran’s state news agency IRNA, came from Colonel Reza Sayyad, spokesperson for Iran’s military, who declared that the Israeli-occupied lands “certainly won’t be inhabitable in the future.” His statement follows a series of retaliatory missile attacks targeting key Israeli infrastructure in recent days.

According to Sayyad, Iran’s strikes have already hit high-value targets including military installations, intelligence centers, and the residences of senior Israeli military officers and scientists. He cautioned Israeli civilians against relying on underground shelters and accused the Israeli government of using its people as human shields.

“Do not allow your government to sacrifice you. Underground shelters won’t guarantee safety,” Sayyad warned.

The chilling threat comes days after Israeli airstrikes reportedly struck residential buildings inside Iranian territory on June 13, killing civilians and top military officials. In response, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei appointed new top military commanders and vowed to make life “bleak” for Israel.

Since then, Iran has launched successive waves of missile attacks on major Israeli cities including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Haifa. The strikes have disrupted daily life, with residents forced into bomb shelters for extended periods as air raid sirens blare across the country.

Despite strict censorship by Israeli authorities, video clips of Iranian missiles hitting precise targets have circulated widely, fueling fears of a drawn-out regional war.

Iranian officials insist that their military campaign will continue until their objectives are met. The rising death toll and destruction on both sides have sparked urgent international calls for restraint, as global leaders watch anxiously to prevent further escalation in an already volatile region.
