Kwara NDLEA Commander Vows to Hunt Down Arsonists Behind Lafiagi Office Blaze, Declares Agency’s Resolve Unshaken

The Kwara State Commander of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has issued a stern warning to criminal elements responsible for setting ablaze the agency’s Lafiagi Area Command office. Addressing the perpetrators, the commander declared unequivocally that their efforts to disrupt the NDLEA’s operations would not succeed, stating, “You cannot stop us from doing our work, and we are coming for you.”

The incident, which saw the destruction of vital agency property, has been met with swift condemnation from NDLEA officials who reaffirmed their commitment to intensify the fight against drug-related crimes across Kwara State and beyond. The Commander emphasized that such acts of vandalism would only strengthen the resolve of the agency to dismantle drug trafficking networks and bring offenders to justice.

Security operatives have been mobilized to investigate the attack thoroughly, with intelligence efforts geared towards identifying and apprehending those responsible for the arson. The NDLEA remains undeterred, pledging to continue its critical role in safeguarding communities from the scourge of illicit drugs despite the recent setback.

This development underscores the persistent challenges faced by law enforcement agencies in their battle against criminal syndicates, yet the NDLEA’s leadership assures that operations will not be hindered and that justice will prevail in due course.
