Police Uncover Body Of Engineer Killed And Buried By Workers In Delta

In a shocking development, Delta State Police Command has exhumed the remains of 38-year-old site engineer Chigozie Udalor, who was allegedly murdered by workers he had employed at a construction site.

According to SP Bright Edafe, the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, who made this known in a video statement on Thursday, Udalor was killed on December 10, 2024, after which his body was buried in a shallow grave at the construction site.

Investigations revealed that Udalor, who had been overseeing a construction project for his cousin, had hired four young men from Benue State. These workers allegedly conspired against him, attacking him with a hammer and striking him on the head before burying his body at the site in an attempt to conceal their crime.

The Delta State Police Command has assured the public that a thorough investigation is ongoing and that all those involved in this heinous crime will be brought to justice.
