23 Arrested for Illegal Waste Dumping on Drainage Systems in Agege, Lagos
In a bid to curb environmental degradation and prevent flooding, the Lagos State Government has arrested 23 individuals for illegally dumping waste into drainage channels in Agege. The culprits were apprehended during a joint enforcement operation by officials of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (LAGESC) and the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources.
