Former U.S. President Donald Trump has claimed that American intelligence agencies know the precise location of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, amid escalating tensions between the two countries.
Trump made the statement during a televised interview on Monday, in which he criticized what he called President Joe Biden’s “weak posture” on Iran. According to the former president, the U.S. has extensive intelligence on Iran’s top leadership, including the movements and whereabouts of the Supreme Leader.
The comment comes amid a flurry of developments in the Middle East, where Israeli airstrikes have reportedly targeted Iranian military assets, and Iran has responded with missile launches. The situation has triggered fears of a broader regional conflict.
