- Citizenship: Candidates must be single and Nigerian citizens by birth.
- Height: Male candidates must be at least 1.68 meters tall, while female candidates must be at least 1.65 meters tall.
- Education: Candidates must possess a valid birth certificate, a National Identity Card/NIN, and a BVN printout.
- Health: Candidates must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit according to Nigerian Army standards.
- Criminal Record: Candidates must be free of any criminal conviction by the court of law.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to report to their respective states of origin for a screening exercise, which will take place from June 2 to 16, 2025. Candidates are advised to come with their BVN printouts and to adhere to COVID-19 protocols during the screening exercise .
