Governor Describes President as Visionary Leader Reshaping Nigeria’s Future.
Kogi State Governor Ahmed Ododo has sent heartfelt birthday wishes to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 73rd birthday, celebrating him as a distinguished statesman whose leadership vision continues to guide Nigeria’s progress.
In a statement released on Saturday through his Special Adviser on Media, Ismaila Isah, Governor Ododo highlighted the President’s dedication to national development through his Renewed Hope Agenda, which he claims is driving economic transformation across the country.
“On behalf of the government and people of Kogi State, I celebrate Mr. President and our father on this special day. Your resilience, visionary leadership, and patriotism have laid a strong foundation for Nigeria’s sustainable development,” the statement read.
The Governor particularly praised what he described as the President’s unwavering commitment to repositioning Nigeria for economic growth and stability, suggesting that Tinubu’s policies are empowering citizens and strengthening national institutions.
Ododo, who was elected governor in November 2023, reaffirmed his administration’s full support for President Tinubu’s leadership agenda, while offering prayers for wisdom, strength, and good health as the President continues to steer the affairs of the nation.
Political analysts note that Kogi State has maintained strong ties with the federal government since Ododo’s election, following in the footsteps of his predecessor, Yahaya Bello, who also maintained close relations with the presidency.
The birthday celebration comes as President Tinubu continues to implement various economic reforms amid ongoing challenges facing the country.
