The Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has declared his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing him as the only visionary leader capable of transforming Nigeria’s struggling economy.
Tompolo made the statement on Friday during a meeting with community stakeholders and security operatives in the Niger Delta region. He lauded the President’s economic policies and recent reforms, noting that although the process has been challenging, the long-term gains would restore investor confidence and stabilize the nation.
According to the ex-militant leader turned pipeline surveillance contractor, “President Tinubu is making tough but necessary decisions. He is focused on laying the foundation for a better future, and it is important we give him the support he needs.”
Tompolo also urged Niger Delta youths and traditional leaders to embrace peace and work with government agencies to ensure stability in the oil-rich region, stressing that national development depends on collective responsibility.
The Tantita Security Services, under his leadership, has been instrumental in supporting government efforts to curb oil theft and vandalism, a key factor affecting revenue generation.
His endorsement comes amid widespread debates on the impact of Tinubu’s economic reforms, including subsidy removal and exchange rate unification.
